Kaizen Commerce helps brick-and-mortar retailers migrate to Shopify POS, then rebuild the workflows around it: inventory, vendors, transfers, special orders, reporting, ecommerce, B2B, and cutover support. Shopify POS is the center of the migration. AnyDB, Flow, and integrations come in where store operations need support.

A 7-day paid audit for retailers unsure where to start. Kaizen audits the current stack, data condition, workflows, hardware readiness, rollout risk, and delivers the Kaizen Blueprint: a written implementation path the client owns. The fee is credited toward implementation if the retailer moves forward with Kaizen.

This is a React/TypeScript single-page application with server-side Express API. All pages are client-side rendered with CSS-first animations (no animation library). The site is bilingual (EN/FR-CA) with browser language auto-detection.
