We move multi-location retailers to Shopify POS and rebuild the workflows around it: inventory, vendors, orders, reporting, and launch support. Led by ex-Shopify retail operators.
A Shopify POS migration fails when store teams inherit mismatched products, register workflows, transfers, gift cards, deposits, and reports. The problem usually appears after launch, in front of staff and customers.
Kaizen starts with the Blueprint because scope should come from your actual systems. Shopify POS is the center. AnyDB, Flow, and integrations only come in where store operations need support.
POS MIGRATION → BLUEPRINT → INTEGRATIONS → OPS SYSTEMS → CASE STUDIES.
§ 02—NON-NEGOTIABLES[ POS ROLLOUT STANDARD ]
What we refuse to ship.
A strong Shopify POS migration is defined by what it avoids. These are the lines that keep a rollout from becoming store-floor cleanup.
01NO BIG-BANG CUTOVERS
Legacy POS and Shopify run in parallel until the new setup reconciles. Stores do not go live on faith.
02NO BLACK-BOX MAPPINGS
Product, customer, order, gift card, and inventory decisions live in mapping documents your team can audit before import.
03NO ORPHANED WORKFLOWS
Shopify Flow, AnyDB, integrations, and custom apps are documented so the next operator can own them without guessing.
§ 03—BLUEPRINT READOUT[ POS DIAGNOSTIC SAMPLE ]
Find what breaks before go-live.
THE BLUEPRINT SHOWS THE OPERATIONAL RISKS BEHIND A SHOPIFY POS MIGRATION BEFORE STORE TEAMS INHERIT THEM.

01RISK
Your export looks clean.
Gift cards, deposits, bundles, and returns still need a Shopify decision before import.
02RISK
Receiving starts after launch.
Inventory accuracy depends on the workflows behind Shopify POS, not just the import file.
03RISK
Managers need trust.
They need reports, register scripts, and escalation paths that match the store floor.
§ 04—WHAT WE DO[ DELIVERABLES ]
Shopify POS first. Ops where it matters.

Move stores onto Shopify POS
FROM $1,000
We move multi-location retailers off legacy POS systems and onto Shopify POS with a store-first rollout plan. Registers, locations, staff workflows, and data imports are validated before cutover.

Omnichannel workflows: BOPIS, ship-from-store, local pickup
Some retail workflows should support Shopify, not live inside it. We use AnyDB for vendor POs, inventory exceptions, replenishment, B2B portals, and manager reporting when Shopify should not carry the workflow alone.
After POS is stable, we connect Shopify to the systems that keep retail moving: accounting, ERP, warehouse, reporting, notifications, and automation. The goal is fewer handoffs and cleaner store data.
Shopify is the spine. We define the lanes that feed it: point of sale, orders, warehouse, inventory, customers, and products, so transactions, transfers, and data refreshes have one operating logic.

§ 06—THE KAIZEN METHOD[ SEQUENCE ]
Diagnose. Architect. Validate. Scale.
01STEP
Diagnose
We read the truth before touching production: systems, data quality, store workflows, hardware, and operational risk.
02STEP
Architect
We design the future state on paper first: Shopify POS setup, field mapping, integration paths, hardware, and AnyDB only where operations need it.
03STEP
Validate
We dry-run imports, reconcile outputs, and rehearse staff scenarios so issues surface in the lab, not the store.
04STEP
Scale
We roll out by location, support the launch window, tune the system, and hand off documentation your team can keep using.
§ 07—TRANSMISSION[ HANDSHAKE ]
Before you migrate, know what can break.
The Kaizen Blueprint is a $1,000 Shopify POS diagnostic that returns a written assessment of your systems, data, store workflows, operational gaps, and rollout path. It is credited in full toward implementation if you proceed.
