Question 1

How long does a Shopify POS migration take?

Accepted Answer

Most multi-location migrations take 4-10 weeks after the audit, depending on store count, data condition, hardware readiness, integrations, and how many launch rehearsals are required.

Question 2

Can you migrate us from Lightspeed or Square?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kaizen plans migrations from Lightspeed, Square, Heartland, custom POS stacks, and spreadsheet-led operations into Shopify POS with dry runs and reconciliation before cutover.

Question 3

Do we need to close stores during launch?

Accepted Answer

The goal is to avoid store closure by using a phased rollout, pilot validation, staff training, launch checklists, and support coverage. The exact sequence is defined during the audit.

Question 4

What happens before implementation starts?

Accepted Answer

The $1,000 operations audit reviews your systems, data, workflows, hardware, rollout risk, and recommended implementation path. You receive the Kaizen Blueprint in writing, and the fee is credited in full if Kaizen executes the build.
